Disbursement of dividend
Central Insurance Company Ltd: The bonus shares of the company for the year ended on December 31, 2019 were already credited through CDBL to the respective shareholders' BO accounts and also disbursed the cash dividend to the respective shareholders' bank accounts through BEFTN system. Those who have not update their BO accounts and bank accounts as yet they are requested to provide the same in order to credit their bonus shares.
Phoenix Finance and Investments Limited: The bonus shares of the company for the year ended on December 31, 2019 were already credited through CDBL to the respective shareholders' BO accounts on Tuesday and the cash dividend will be credited as per rule.
Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited: The cash dividend disbursement for the year ended on 31 December 2019 has already been completed to the respective bank account of the shareholders through BEFTN system and in the form of dividend warrant (folio shareholders).
