Disbursement of dividend

Federal Insurance Company Ltd: The company disbursed cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2019 to the respective shareholders' bank accounts through BEFTN system and issued dividend warrant which the company could not remit due to incomplete bank information and shareholders having shares in paper form.

Republic Insurance Company Ltd: The bonus shares of the company for the year ended on December 31, 2019 have already been credited through CDBL to the respective shareholders' BO accounts and also disbursed the cash dividend to the respective shareholders.

Board meeting

The ACME Laboratories Ltd: A board meeting of the company will be held on October 14, 2020 at 3:30 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the company for the year ended on June 30, 2020.

Extension of suspension of trading

Beximco Synthetics Ltd: Referring to the earlier news disseminated on 08.09.2020 regarding suspension of trading of shares of Beximco Synthetics Ltd, the suspension period of trading of shares of the company has been extended for further period of 15 days effective from October 08, 2020 as per Section 9(8) of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969.

Bangladesh Finance and Investment Company Limited: Trading of the shares of Bangladesh Finance and Investment Company Limited will remain suspended on its record date, today (Thursday). Trading of the shares of the company will resume on October 11, 2020.

Spot trading

Apex Footwear Limited: Trading of the shares of Apex Footwear Limited will be allowed only in the spot market from today (Thursday) to October 11, 2020 as the record date of the company is on October 12, 2020 for AGM & EGM.
