Disbursement of dividend

Alif Manufacturing Company: Alif Manufacturing Company Ltd. has informed that it has disbursed cash dividend warrants for the year ended on June 30, 2017 to the respective shareholders' address through courier service.

Confirmation of share receipt

GBB Power Ltd.:Mrs. Morziana Hasan, one of the directors of GBB Power Ltd. has further reported that she has completed her receipt of 20,36,160 shares of the company from her Mother Mrs. Rezina Akbar, a placement shareholder of the company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the exchange as announced earlier.

Withdrawal of authorised representative

IFIC Securities: IFIC Securities Ltd. (DSE TREC No. 192) has withdrawn one of its authorised representatives, Mr. Md. Tarique Majid, with immediate effect.

Intech to hold EGM

Intech Limited has informed that the board has taken decision to conduct an EGM to increase the authorised capital of the company from Tk 300 million to Tk. 600 million. EGM will be held on March 28, 2018 at 10:00 am at Raowa Club (Eagle Hall), VIP Road, Mohakhali, Dhaka. Record date for EGM is on 22 February 2018. The board has also taken decision to subscribe 40 per cent of the Ordinary Share Capital of China-BD Tech Ltd. (Proposed). The amount of initial investment will be Tk. 3,20,000.00 only. In future, the investment will increase to Tk. 32,00,000.00 only.
