Recommendation of dividend

Janata Insurance Company Limited: The company has recommended 5.0 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2017. The AGM will be held on September 04, 2018. The time and venue of the AGM will be notified later on. The record date is on July 31, 2018.
