Recommendation of dividend
Kattali Textile Limited: The Board of Directors has recommended 10 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2018. The board has also decided to increase the authorised capital of the company from Tk. 900 million to Tk. 1.50 billion by amending Clause V of the Memorandum of Association and Article 6 of the Articles of Association of the company, subject to approval of the shareholders in the EGM. The EGM and AGM will be held on December 19, 2018 at 10:00 am & 10:30 am respectively at Chittagong Boat Club, Chittagong. The record date is November 15, 2018. The company has also reported EPS of Tk. 1.95, NAV per share of Tk. 22.43 and NOCFPS of Tk. 0.67 for the year ended on June 30, 2018 as against Tk. 1.94 (Adjusted), Tk. 20.48 and Tk. 2.11 (Adjusted) respectively for the same period of the previous year.
