Interim dividend disbursement

Bata Shoe Company (Bangladesh) Limited: Bata Shoe Company (Bangladesh) Limited dispatched the interim dividend for the year 2017 on 21 December 2017. The folio holders will get warrants to their mailing address by Padma Courier Service and the BO holders will get the dividend through BEFTN to their bank accounts.

Withdrawal of authorised representative

Board meeting

Bangladesh Shipping Corporation: As per Regulation 19 (1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, Bangladesh Shipping Corporation has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on January 03, 2018 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended on June 30, 2017.
