Furnishing e-TIN, info for margin account holders
Asian Tiger Sandhani Life Growth Fund: The fund has requested the concerned merchant banks and all depository participants (DPs) to provide statements with the details of their margin loan holders who hold units of the fund as of the Record Date (September 03, 2018); by September 10, 2018 and also email the same to [email protected]. Unit holders are also requested to update their respective BO accounts with 12 digit e-TIN through their DP before the record date. Any individual unit holder failing to do so will be subject to deduction of Advance Income Tax (AIT) at the rate of 15 per cent instead of 10 per cent as per Section 54 of Income Tax Ordinance, 1984.
