Recommendation of dividend

Prime Finance & Investment Limited: The company has recommended No Dividend for the year ended on 31 December 2017. The AGM will be held on 28 June 2018 at 10:30 AM at PSC Convention Hall, Police Staff College Bangladesh, Mirpur-14, Dhaka. The record date is on 25 April 2018. Prime Finance & Investment Limited has also reported consolidated EPS of Tk. (1.68), consolidated NAV per share of Tk. 8.52 and consolidated NOCFPS of Tk. 3.27 for the year ended 31 December 2017 as against Tk. (3.48), Tk. 10.21 & Tk. (3.31) respectively for the same period of the previous year.

Convene of EGM

Information Services Network Ltd.: The board of directors has decided to convene an EGM on May 13, 2018 at 4:00 pm in the head office of the company at TMC Building (4th Floor), 52 New Eskaton Road, Dhaka-1000 for substituting Article No. 106 of the articles of association of the company regarding appointment of managing director of the company from time to time, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the EGM. Record date for EGM is on April 17, 2018.
