Shahjibazar Power Co. Ltd.: The company has reported that Mr. Asgar Haider and Ms. Ishrat Azim Ahmad, both are sponsors of the company, have completed their sale of 2,00,000 shares and 5,00,000 shares respectively at prevailing market price through stock exchange as announced earlier.
The company has also reported that Mr. Faridul Alam and Mr. Rezakul Haider, both are sponsors directors of the company, have completed their sale of 5,25,507 shares and 3,00,000 shares respectively at prevailing market price through Stock Exchange as announced earlier.
