The AGM was presided over by Chairman Manzurul Islam. Members of the board of directors Suraiya Islam, Abu Luthfe Fazle Rahim Khan, Abdur Rahim Choudhury, Mostafizur Rahman, Independent Directors Md Rafiqul Islam, Muhammad Shahidul Islam Khan, and Lutfa Begum. Managing Director Dhiraj Malakar, Company Secretary Salim Ahmed and Chief Financial Officer Md Asadul Islam, and a large number of shareholders attended the meeting.
The shareholders approved the Accounts for the year ended on June 30, 2025, Directors' and Auditors' Reports thereon. The shareholders also approved a 25 per cent cash dividend.
The company achieved net sales of Tk 3.03 billion (303.08 crore) as against Tk 2.74 billion in the previous year. Net profit after tax increased to Tk 770 million from Tk 563 million of previous year.
The earnings per share (EPS) of the company is Tk 8.27 which was Tk 6.06 in the previous year.
