EBL DECLARES 35PC DIVIDEND AT 33RD AGM

EBL at its 33rd annual general meeting (AGM) declared a 35 per cent dividend for the year ended in December last year. The meeting, chaired by Md. Showkat Ali Chowdhury, chairman of the board of directors of EBL, was held virtually on Wednesday. The AGM was also attended by board members Anis Ahmed, Salina Ali, Gazi Md. Shakhawat Hossain, K.J.S. Banu, Zara Namreen, Ruslan Nasir, Mahreen Nasir, Barrister K.M. Tanjib-ul Alam, and Khondkar Atique-e-Rabbani FCA. Ali Reza Iftekhar, managing director, and Md. Abdullah Al Mamun FCS, company secretary, were also present, among others.
