Eastern Bank PLC (EBL) has signed a MoU with Chokher Sheba Hospital to expand access to quality eye care for underprivileged communities. Following the signing ceremony at the bank's Head Office in Dhaka, EBL Managing Director Hassan O. Rashid handed over a cheque worth Tk 7.5 million to Brig. Gen. Prof. Nazrul Islam, Director of Chokher Sheba Hospital. Dr. Md. Mominul Islam, Chairman of Chokher Sheba Hospital; and Ahmed Shaheen, Additional Managing Director; were also present.
