Final round of 'Painting and Decorating' held

In alignment with the 'Festival of Youth 2025,' the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) has organised the 'National Skills Competition 2025' with active participation of the youth.

As per the decision of the central committee of the National Skills Competition 2025, the final round of the 'Painting and Decorating' skill category was held at the Berger Training Institute in Dhaka recently.

One of the main objectives of this competition is to select skilled competitors for participation in the 48th WorldSkills Competition, to be held in Shanghai, China, in 2026.

Mohammad Solaiman Mia, Principal of the Berger Training Institute, served as a judge for the competition. Distinguished guests who visited the event included Abdus Samad, Member (Coordination & Assessment) and Joint Secretary of NSDA; Mina Masud Uz-Zaman, Member (Planning & Standards) and Joint Secretary of NSDA; Enamul Karim, Director of NSDA.

From Berger Paints Bangladesh Ltd, Sabuj Swapan Barua, Head of Channel Engagement, and other representatives were present.
