FSIB holds board meeting

The 304th meeting of the board of directors of First Security Islami Bank (FSIB) PLC was held at the bank's head office in the city on Wednesday. Chairman of the bank Mohammad Abdul Mannan presided over the meeting. FSIB Vice Chairman Md Azizur Rahman, Chairman of Executive Committee Md Abdul Quddus, Chairman of Risk Management Committee Prof Md Saiful Alam, Chairman of Audit Committee Md Raghib Ahsan, Managing Director (Current Charge) Abu Reza Md Yeahia, Director Md Alauddin Hossain, Additional Directors Md Mamoonur Rashid and Belal Hossain, and Department of Banking Inspection-6 of Bangladesh Bank Joint Director Md Sahadat Hussain were present in the meeting. The meeting discussed the audited report submitted by Bangladesh Bank and its compliance report presented by FSIB for the year ended December 31, 2023.
