The 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Global Insurance PLC was held recently with Chairman Sayeed Ahmed presiding over the meeting. At the meeting, the Directors' Report and audited financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2024 were presented and duly adopted. The shareholders unanimously approved 10% Cash Dividend for the year 2024.
