Green Delta Insurance held its 39th Annual General Meeting virtually on Thursday. The company's Chairperson Shamsun Nahar Begum Chowdhury, MD & CEO Farzanah Chowdhury and advisor Nasir A. Choudhury attended the conference. Green Delta Insurance has declared a 25 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year ended December 31, 2024.
The announcement was made at the company's 39th annual general meeting (AGM), which was held virtually on Thursday. Shamsun Nahar Begum Chowdhury, chairperson of the company, presided over the meeting.
The chairperson thanked the members of the Green Delta family for their dedicated efforts in ensuring uninterrupted and seamless customer service and business operations during the economic challenges faced by businesses.
