Syed Moinuddin Ahmed, Additional Managing Director & Company Secretary of GDIC and Kazi Borhan Amin Raj signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations. Green Delta Insurance Company Ltd. (GDIC) and Seba Limited have recently signed a MoU on Weather Index Based Agriculture Insurance, said a statement.
Under this MoU, GDIC would provide insurance coverage for the potato farmers of Seba in the Northern and Southern part of Bangladesh. Mr. Syed Moinuddin Ahmed, AMD & Company Secretary of GDIC and Mr. Kazi Borhan Amin Raj signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organisations. Mr. Chris Steven, Director, Global Agribusiness of Kellogg Company was also present in the event.
