Dr. Hasan Mahmud MP, Ministry of Information, was present as Chief Guest. Farhad Hossain, MP, Minister of State, Ministry of Public Administration, Sharif Ahmed, MP, Minister of State, Ministry of Social Welfare, and Zunaid Ahmed Palak, MP, Minister of State, ICT Division, were present as Special Guests while N.M. Ziaul Alam, Senior Secretary of ICT Division, attended as Guest of Honour.
