The 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of H R Textile Mills Limited was held at Spectra Convention Centre Limited in the city on Monday. Chairman of the company Professor Dr. Muhammad Abdul Moyeen presided over the AGM while Managing Director Mohammad Abdul Moyeed was present. The AGM approved 10 per cent cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2016 .
