Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited Managing Director Mohammad Abdul Mannan, inaugurating as the chief guest the month-long programme to distribute Iftar items among fasting pedestrians in front of Islami Bank Tower in the city Saturday.
Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) has taken a month-long programme to distribute Iftar among 0.6 million fasting pedestrians in Dhaka city during the Holy Month of Ramadan, said a press release.
Mohammad Abdul Mannan, Managing Director of the bank inaugurated the programme as the chief guest on Saturday through distributing Iftar items in front of Islami Bank Tower.
Muhammad Abdul Bashar and Abdus Sadeque Bhuiyan, Deputy Managing Directors and Dr Md. Kamaluddin Jasim, Head of Marketing Division, were present on the occasion.
Some two thousand packets of Iftar items were distributed among the fasting pedestrians at Shahbagh, Farmgate, Mouchak-Rampura, Mohakhali-Banani, Nayabazar-Sadarghat and Jatrabari in the capital on the first day of the programme.
