IBN SINA PHARMACEUTICAL HOLDS 40TH AGM

The 40th annual general meeting (AGM) of The IBN SINA Pharmaceutical Industry PLC was held on a virtual platform on Sunday. Kazi Harun or Rashid, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. The AGM approved a 63 per cent cash dividend after evaluating the financial report for FY 2023-24 of the company. Dr Mohammad Ayub Miah and Prof Col (Retd) Dr Zehad Khan were re-elected as director by rotation. Managing Director of the company Prof Dr AKM Sadrul Islam, Founding Director Prof Abu Nasser Muhammad Abduz Zaher and other directors, Chairman of Audit Committee, Statutory Auditors, Compliance Auditors, Independent Scrutinizer and Company Secretary also attended the AGM.
