ICB, AMS GLOBAL AND UCB STOCK BROKERAGE SIGN TRADING AGREEMENT

Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB), AMS Global Asset Management Company Limited and UCB Stock Brokerage Limited signed a tripartite trading agreement for conducting transactions in securities of 'AMS Global First Regular Income Fund'. ICB is the custodian of this fund. Md Nurul Huda, Deputy Managing Director of ICB, was present at the signing ceremony held at the Boardroom of ICB recently. Irin Perveen Binte Faruque, Assistant General Manager of Custodian Department, ICB; Muhammad Asmoth Ali Dori, Chief Executive Officer of AMS Global; and Mohammed Rahmat Pasha, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of UCB Stock Brokerage; signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
