ICB ASSET MANAGEMENT HOLDS 25TH Annual General Meeting

The 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ICB Asset Management PLC was held in the Board Room of the company in Dhaka on Thursday. The meeting was presided over by Prof Abu Ahmed, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. Chief Executive Officer Mahmuda Akhter, other members of the Board and the shareholders was present at the meeting. The audited financial statements of the company for the year ended 30 June 2025 were approved at the meeting. During the FY 2024-25, the company earned a net profit of Tk 485.5 million and earnings per share (EPS) stood at Tk 5.48 based on the face value of Tk 10.00 per share. At the meeting, a total dividend of 45% was approved for the financial year ended June 30, 2025, which includes an interim cash dividend of 40% and a final cash dividend of 5%.
