ICB CAPITAL MANAGEMENT HOLDS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 24th annual general meeting of ICB Capital Management Limited (ICML), a subsidiary of Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB), was held on Friday at the head office of the company in the capital's Kakrail. Md Abul Hossain, chairman of the board of directors of ICML, presided over the meeting. Ms Mazeda Khatun, chief

executive officer of ICML, was present among others. The company provided 1.5 per cent cash dividends for the share holders for FY24 while the paid-up capital was Tk 3.29 billion in the year.
