ICB CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LIMITED HOLDS 25TH AGM

The 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ICB Capital Management Limited (ICML), a subsidiary of the Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB), was held at the company's head office in Dhaka on Monday. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the ICML Board of Directors, Niranjan Chandra Debnath. Chief Executive Officer Mazeda Khatun and other directors were present at the meeting. Chairman of ICB Board of Directors Professor Abu Ahmed, General Managers and Chief Executive Officers of other subsidiary companies of ICB also attended the event. ICML has declared a 0.50 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year ended 30 June 2025.
