ICMAB arranges seminar on changes in finance act 2019

The Dhaka Branch Council (DBC) of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) organised a program on "The Changes in Finance Act 2019" recently. Mr. Bazlul Kabir Bhuiyan, Commissioner of Taxes, National Board of Revenue (NBR) and Mr. Mohd. Mazharul Haque Bhuyan, Second Secretary, Tax Policy, NBR were present on the program as the chief guest and special guest respectively. Mr. Sudhangsu Kumer Saha, ACMA, Deputy Commissioner of Taxes, NBR presented the keynote paper on the programme. Dr. Syed Abdulla Al Mamun FCMA, Secretary, Dhaka Branch Council of ICMAB presided over the programme.
