ICMAB hosts reception for newly qualified CMAs -

The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) organised a reception ceremony at the Ruhul Quddus Auditorium, ICMA Bhaban, in Dhaka on Tuesday, to honour the newly qualified Cost and Management Accountants (CMAs) from the January 2025 examination session, says a statement.
ICMAB Secretary Hasnain Thoufiq Ahmed welcomed the newly qualified CMAs with floral greetings.
Presiding over the event, ICMAB President Mahtab Uddin Ahmed congratulated the new CMAs on their remarkable achievement, calling it a significant milestone in their professional journey.
He emphasised the importance of complementing technical expertise with soft skills to meet the evolving challenges of the modern corporate world.
Delivering the welcome address, Vice-President Abdul Matin Patwary noted that earning the CMA designation reflects not only academic excellence but also the perseverance, discipline, and commitment of the achievers.
Vice-President Md. Kausar Alam highlighted the crucial role of family support in the success of the graduates and encouraged them to continuously upgrade their skills, explore new opportunities, and make meaningful contributions to the financial and business sectors. Past Presidents and Council Members Mohammed Salim and Jamal Ahmed Choudhury also spoke.
