The Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) held a training on 'Learning Use of Artificial Intelligence (Al) Technology to Improve Professional Capacity' on the ICSB premises in Dhaka on Saturday.
The Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) held a training on 'Learning Use of Artificial Intelligence (Al) Technology to Improve Professional Capacity' on the ICSB premises in Dhaka on Saturday, aiming to equip chartered secretaries with practical AI skills.
At the beginning of the training session, Sheikh Azizul Haque, Chairman of Dhaka Regional Chapter (DRC) Sub-Committee and Coordinator of the training programme, outlined the objectives of the training.
ICSB President M Naseemul Hye chaired the training session while Kazi Md. Miraj Hossain, Member Secretary of DRC, moderated the programme, says a statement.
Mohammad Shafiqul Islam Bhuiyan, Senior Vice President; A.K.M. Mushfiqur Rahman, Vice President; Mohammad Abdullah Al Mamun, Treasurer; Mohammad Sanaullah, Former President and Council Member; and M Nurul Alam, former Senior Vice President and Council Member of ICSB, spoke at the event.
The speakers emphasised that this training marks the beginning of a series of technical sessions aimed at equipping chartered secretaries with advanced-level skills, particularly in AI-driven insights that are crucial for professional growth.
They highlighted that to remain competitive in the global arena, mastering artificial intelligence is no longer optional but essential.
A good number of ICSB members attended the training programme. ICSB President M Naseemul Hye handed over the certificates to the participants at the closing session.
He expressed the hope that this comprehensive training programme marked a significant step towards empowering professionals to leverage AI for future success.
