IPDC Finance appoints new Head of Retail Business

IPDC Finance PLC has appointed Mohammad Monirul Islam as its new Head of Retail Business, marking a strategic move aligned with the company's ambition to scale up its retail operations and deliver transformative customer experiences, says a statement.

Mr. Islam brings with him nearly two decades of distinguished leadership across a diverse range of roles in both multinational and domestic financial institutions. His extensive expertise spans retail banking, product innovation, customer Experience, and operational excellence- making him a formidable force in Bangladesh's financial services landscape.

Mr. Islam's most recent role was at BRAC Bank PLC, where he served as Head of Retail Lending.

Prior to that, he held pivotal leadership roles at United Commercial Bank PLC & Standard Chartered Bank for almost 15 years, overseeing Retail Products, Branch Banking etc.
