Islami Bank holds board meeting-----

A meeting of the board of directors of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC was held at the Islami Bank Tower in the city on Monday. Chairman of the bank Prof Dr M Zubaidur Rahman presided over the meeting. The board decided to hold the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the bank on November 19, 2025. Mohammad Khurshid Wahab, chairman of the executive committee, Md Abdus Salam, chairman of the audit committee, Prof Dr M Masud Rahman, chairman of the risk management committee and Md Abdul Jalil, independent director, Md Omar Faruk Khan, managing director, Prof Dr Mohammad Abdus Samad, member secretary of Shari'ah Supervisory Council, and Md Habibur Rahman, company secretary of the bank, attended the meeting.
