ISLAMI BANK HOLDS ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

The closing ceremony of 'Entrepreneurship Development Programme' was held at the Islami Bank Training and Research Academy (IBTRA) Auditorium in Dhaka on Thursday. The IBTRA organised the month-long programme under the supervision of Bangladesh Bank. Husne Ara Shikha, executive director of Bangladesh Bank, addressed the closing ceremony as the chief guest. Md. Altaf Hossain, additional managing director of Islami Bank, was present as a special guest while KM Munirul Alam Al-Mamoon, deputy managing director & director general of IBTRA, presided over the event. A total of 25 potential entrepreneurs participated in the 1st batch of the Skills for Industry Competitiveness and Innovation Programme (SICIP) project, a joint initiative of Ministry of Finance and Bangladesh Development Bank.
