The 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Jalalabad Gas Transmission and Distribution System Ltd (JGTDSL), a company of Petrobangla, was held at the Petrobangla board room in the city on Wednesday. The meeting was presided over by the company's Board Chairman Md Ziaul Huq, Additional Secretary, Energy and Mineral Resources Divison. Md Rezanur Rahman, Chairman of Petrobangla, along with the shareholders, directors, managing director and general managers of the company, attended the meeting. The audited financial statements of the company for the fiscal year 2024-2025 were approved at the meeting.
