Jamuna Bank holds 24th Annual General Meeting

Jamuna Bank PLC held its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) through a virtual platform from its Corporate Office in Dhaka on Tuesday. The meeting was presided over by Robin Razon Sakhawat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank. The AGM was attended by members of the Board of Directors, including independent directors, Managing Director & CEO Mirza Elias Uddin Ahmed, and a significant number of shareholders. The shareholders approved 17.50 per cent cash dividend and 6.50 per cent stock dividend for the financial year 2024.
