The 20th Annual General Meeting of Maksons Spinning Mills PLC was held on Monday in a hybrid mode. Chairman of the company Mohammad Ali Khokon presided over the meeting. The Board of Directors recommended no dividend for the financial year 2023-2024, which was unanimously approved by the shareholders at the AGM. The audited annual financial statements along with Director's Report were also approved by the shareholders.
