Mercantile Bank Limited has invited 'MBL Young Bankers' Appreciation Award 2019' for the second year.
Any Bangladeshi banker working in a private commercial bank with 5 to 12 years experience can apply through Bank's website www.mblbd.com by May 05 to May 07, 2019, according to a statement.
A panel of judge will cherry-pick the top 5 talented young bankers through a selection process under 5 progressive phases.
Each of them will receive cash reward of Tk 0.2 million with Certificate of Appreciation.
"As a pioneer, we like to recognise talented young bankers, and inspire them to become the future leaders of the banking sector. This is the 2nd edition of the competition," the statement added.
Mercantile Bank awarded 5 bankers in 2018 through this competition.
Considering academic background, working experience, professional training, MBL authority will select top 1000 candidates for MCQ test in the preliminary stage.
