The 188th meeting of the Board of Directors of Meghna Bank PLC was held at the bank's head office recently. The meeting was presided over by Chairperson of the bank Uzma Chowdhury. Vice-Chairman and Chairman of the Executive Committee Tanveer Ahmed, Mohammad Mamunul Haque, Chairman of the Risk Management Committee, Md Ali Akther Rezvi, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Kazi Ahsan Khalil, Managing Director & CEO of the bank, were also present.
