Chairman of Meghna Life Insurance Company Limited Nizam Uddin Ahmed addressing the 21st annual general meeting of the company in the city recently The 21st annual general meeting (AGM) of Meghna Life Insurance Company Limited was held in the city recently, according to a statement.
The AGM approved 20 per cent cash dividend for the year 2017.
The meeting was presided over by Nizam Uddin Ahmed, Chairman of the company. Among others, directors Nasir Uddin Ahmed, Shamsuddin Ahamed and N.C. Rudra, CEO were present on the occasion.
The shareholders spoke on the occasion and expressed their satisfaction about the business performance of the company during 2017.
They also thanked the management for giving good service of the year 2017.
