MERCANTILE BANK INVESTS IN BB'S STARTUP VENTURE_

Mercantile Bank has invested Tk 100.2 million in Bangladesh Startup Investment Company, an initiative formed under the Bangladesh Bank (BB). As part of the formation and operational process of this startup, a cheque has been handed over to BB recently. Mercantile Bank's Deputy Managing Director and CBO Dr. Md. Zahid Hossain handed over the cheque to BB SMESPD Director Nawshad Mustafa. Mercantile Bank's SME Financing Division Head Md. Mustahidur Reza Chowdhury was also present at the event.
