Mercantile Bank Limited signed a Participatory Financial Institutions (PFI) agreement with Bangladesh Bank recently under JICA-assisted 'Foreign Direct Investment Promotion Project BDP86'. Kazi Masihur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO, Mercantile Bank Limited & Md. Rezaul Islam, GM, Foreign Exchange Investment Department of Bangladesh Bank signed the agreement on behalf of the respective organisations. Fazle Kabir, Governor of Bangladesh Bank was present on the occasion as Chief Guest.
