Midland Bank, a leading fourth-generation private commercial bank in Bangladesh, has entered into a strategic partnership with TallyKhata, Bangladesh’s pioneering digital bookkeeping and payment platform, aiming to digitally empower millions of small businesses nationwide. The partnership, formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), is set to offer innovative financial solutions, including digital onboarding, transaction accounts, savings and credit, specifically tailored for traders and entrepreneurs. The collaboration focuses on simplifying access to critical banking services, thereby significantly benefiting the underserved MSME segment across Bangladesh.
