The 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of MJL Bangladesh PLC was held on a virtual platform on Monday. Chairman of the company Abdul-Muyeed Chowdhury presided over the meeting. The shareholders of the company approved a 52 per cent cash dividend. MJL Managing Director Azam J Chowdhury, Directors Tanjil Chowdhury, Dr Mohammad Tamim, Dr Mohammad Ali Khan and Independent Directors Dr GM Khurshid Alam and Suraiya Zannath attended the meeting.
