MTB FOUNDATION, UCEP LAUNCH PROJECT 'MUSTI'

MTB Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Mutual Trust Bank (MTB), and NGO UCEP Bangladesh signed a memorandum of agreement for a three-year "MTB UCEP Skills Training Institute (MUSTI)" project in Mymensingh. Running from July 2025 to June 2028, the project is aimed at providing market-relevant training to 1,200 disadvantaged youth aged 17-35. Participants will complete a six-month (360-hour) programme in five high-demand skills. The launching event at the MTB Foundation head office in Dhaka was attended by Rashed Chowdhury, chairman, MTB board of directors, and Uzma Chowdhury, CPA, vice-chairperson, UCEP board of governors, among others.
