MTB PARTNERS WITH CWASA TO IMPROVE BILL PAYMENT SERVICES

Mutual Trust Bank (MTB) signed an agreement with the Chattogram Water and Sewerage Authority (CWASA) at the latter's head office in Chattogram to enhance bill payment services with greater convenience and accessibility. Under this agreement, MTB customers can pay CWASA bills through the MTB Neo app and other digital channels using Visa or Mastercard, anytime from anywhere, in addition to over-the-counter (OTC) payments. Khalid Hossin, chief digital officer of MTB, and Md. Lal Hossain, deputy managing director of CWASA, were present at the event.
