MTB, PKSF SIGN DEAL UNDER CREDIT ENHANCEMENT SCHEME

Mutual Trust Bank (MTB) recently signed an agreement with Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF) under the annual guarantee limit of the Credit Enhancement Scheme (CES). This initiative is aimed at strengthening credit risk mitigation support for financial institutions and facilitating greater access to finance for microenterprises and under-served sectors. Syed Mahbubur Rahman, managing director & CEO of MTB, and Md Fazlul Kader, managing director of PKSF, signed the agreement. Dr. Ahsan H. Mansur, governor, Bangladesh Bank, was present as chief guest.
