NBL approves 10pc stock diviend

The 36th Annual General Meeting of National Bank Limited was held recently at Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel, Dhaka. Zainul Haque Sikder, Chairman of the Bank, presided over the meeting which approved 10 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on the 31st December, 2018. The Director of NBL Monowara Sikder, Director & EC Chairperson Parveen Haque Sikder, MP, Directors Moazzam Hossain, Rick Haque Sikder, Ron Haque Sikder and Mabroor Hossain, Representative of Sikder Insurance Co. Ltd, Mamtazul Haque, Independent Director Md. Mahabubur Rahman Khan, Managing Director Choudhury Moshtaq Ahmed and AMD & Company Secretary of the Bank ASM Bulbul were present in the meeting along with a large number of shareholders. The Chairman in his inaugural speech stressed for result oriented efforts and dynamic activities from the executives, officers & staffs of the bank so that the bank may have a significant growth in the days to come.
