NCC Bank holds leadership dev programme

NCC Bank arranged "Leadership Development Programme" for its officers at NCC Bank Training Institute on Sunday, according to a statement.

Md. Nurun Newaz Salim, chairman of the bank, inaugurated the training as the chief guest while Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, Managing Director & CEO, graced the occasion as special guest.

Md. Habibur Rahman, deputy managing director and J H Shahedi, Head of HR, were also present on the occasion. Jagadish Chandra Debnath, Principal of Training Institute conducted the course, the statement said.

Mr Salim urged the participants to enrich themselves by acquiring all kinds of banking knowledge in the era of globalisation.

He said, it is possible to become a top banker by making the best development of one's talents and minds through hard work. He urges the concerned trainees to develop themselves by adopting honesty, enthusiasm, sincerity and morality to take the leadership of the banking industry in the coming days.

Managing Director & CEO Mosleh Uddin Ahmed urged the trainees to take the next day's leadership in the banking sector by proper utilization of diversified banking knowledge. He emphasised on achieving leadership qualities by performing duties with sincerity, devotion and ensuring good customer services, the statement added.
