Board meeting

Phoenix Finance & Investments Limited: A board meeting of the company will be held on December 07, 2021 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the company for the third quarter period ended on September 30, 2021.

Suspension of trading

Trading of the shares of Samata Leather Complex Ltd, Meghna Cement Mills Ltd, Hakkani Pulp & Paper Mills Ltd and Esquire Knit Composite Limited will remain suspended on its record date, December 05, 2021. Trading of the shares of the company will resume on December 06, 2021.

Bonus shares credited

Apex Footwear Limited: The bonus shares of the company for the year ended on June 30, 2021 have already been credited through CDBL to the respective shareholders' BO accounts on November 29, 2021.

Change of AGM date

GQ Ball Pen Industries Ltd: The 39th AGM of the company will now be held on December 30, 2021 instead of earlier declared date December 23, 2021. Other information of the AGM will remain unchanged.

Sale confirmation

CAPMIBBLMF: Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited, one of the corporate sponsors of the fund, has further reported that it has completed its sale of 10,00,000 units of the fund at prevailing market price through DSE as per declaration disseminated on 23.11.2021.

Withdrawal of authorised representative

Uniroyal Securities Ltd: The company (DSE TREC No. 89) has withdrawn one of its authorised representative, Mr. Md. Sihab Uddin with immediate effect.
