CRISL rates Summit Power 'AAA'

Credit Rating Information and Services Ltd. (CRISL) has assigned the rating of Summit Power Ltd. as "AAA" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with a stable outlook in consideration of its audited financials up to 30 June 2017, unaudited financials up to December 31, 2017 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

In response to a query, the company has informed the DSE that there is no undisclosed price sensitive information (PSI) of the company for recent unusual price hike of shares.

Islami Insurance: Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the spot market from May 20, 2018 to May 21, 2018 as the record date of the company is on May 22, 2018.

Jamuna Bank: Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the spot market from May 20, 2018 to May 21, 2018 as the record date of the company is on May 22, 2018.

Paramount Insurance: Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the spot market from May 20, 2018 to May 21, 2018 as the record date of the company is on May 22, 2018.

Exim Bank: Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the spot market from May 20, 2018 to May 21, 2018 as the record date of the company is on May 22, 2018.
