Ex-CEO of ICB Securities expires
ICB Securities Trading Company (ISTC) on Monday held a doa mahfil seeking divine blessing for the departed soul of Kamrul Islam Asad, former chief executive officer (CEO) of the company. Kamrul Islam Asad, who breathed his last on Sunday at the age of 66 years, served the ICB Securities Trading Company for two years. Muhammed Iqbal Hussain, the incumbent CEO of the ICB Securities Trading Company, and other officials attended the doa mahfil at the office of the ISTC. Late Asad was also a deputy managing director of ICB (Investment Corporation of Bangladesh). He also served the Bangladesh Krishi Bank as a general manager. — FE Report
