BCIC chairman promoted

Md. Haiul Quaium, Additional Secretary of the Government and Chairman of Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation (BCIC) has been promoted as Secretary (Grade-1). The Public Administration Ministry issued an official order recently in this regard. Md. Haiul Quaium joined as Chairman of BCIC on 29th January, 2019. He was directors (finance and commerce) of BCIC. He is a member of BCS (Administration) of 1985 batch. — Statement
